8th Annual Christmas Tree Giveaway

MAKE A DONATION TO HELP MAKE CHRISTMAS!

Your donation will help a family in need.  Donations taken via PayPal by Scanner Group / ThiefHunter Labs online with the button above.  Permits can also be paid for in person at our two permit locations.  Thank you to everyone that helps make this happen over the years!

BUY & DONATE PERMITS BY 12PM FRIDAY 12/8 AT:

• Black Bird Shopping Center on Main in Medford by 12pm Friday, 12/8
• Eagle Point Hardware on Hannon in EP by 12pm Friday, 12/8
• Just say for the Community Christmas Tree Give Away at either help desk.

PHYSICAL DONATIONS & VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR:

• Tree permits
• Ornaments (non-glass bulbs)
• Lights (100 count)
• Tinsel Garland

Sat, Dec. 9th Tree Cutting

• All volunteers meet at the Chevron Station just off the Talent I-5 Exit at 9am on Saturday.  Sunday will be TBA depending on production and weather.
• This will be a trip requiring 4×4, snow tires, shovel, chains and sometimes tow chain/strap.  Be prepared for back country conditions.  You can work in a group or go out on your own.
• Dress for snow, bring food and drinks for the day.
• No trailers over 10ft. long, but trailers are helpful.

TREE HUNTING? Buy an extra permit or two for a family in need at our permit sponsor locations and deliver the try on to Tucker Sno-Cat® on the tree giveaway morning.

TREE GIVEAWAY: Sunday Dec. 17 – 10AM-2PM
(no early birds please)

All volunteers be at Tucker Sno-Cat® on S. Pacific Hwy @ 8:30 am.  Dress warm.  No calls, deliveries or special orders please.  Send someone for you if needed.  We can help cut a tree to size for anyone, and tie down a tree to the vehicle. First come = first served. Don’t be bashful.  We ALWAYS have enough trees!
